These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement", "Terms", or "T&C") constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Member") and lumba77 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"). The Agreement governs your access to and use of the lumba77 website located at lumba77.cam, including all associated subdomains, mobile applications, software, games, payment services, promotional programmes, and customer support services (collectively, the "Services").

Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.

3.2 Registration Requirements

To open an Account on lumba77, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number;
• Create a unique username and a strong password;

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold a single active Account on the lumba77 Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All accounts found to be duplicates or connected to a pre-existing account may be suspended and any associated balances may be forfeited.

3.4 Account Accuracy

Players are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their Account information at all times. If any registered detail changes — including email address, phone number, or payment method — you must update your Account promptly. lumba77 shall not be liable for losses arising from a Player's failure to keep their account details current.

4.1 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. lumba77 strongly recommends using a password that is unique to this Platform, contains a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols, and is not reused across other services. You agree to notify lumba77 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.2 KYC Verification

lumba77 is required to verify the identity of its Members to satisfy international anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations. Verification may be requested at any time and is always required before a withdrawal request can be processed. Documents typically required include:

• A valid Malaysian government-issued photo ID — MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence;
• Proof of current residential address — a utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three (3) months;

4.3 Account Sharing

5.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Maximum deposit thresholds are determined by the chosen payment channel and may be subject to individual limits set by the payment provider. E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are generally processed instantly. FPX and online banking transfers typically clear within 5 to 15 minutes, subject to banking system availability.

5.3 Third-Party Deposits

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. lumba77 does not accept deposits from third parties. Where a third-party payment is identified, the Platform reserves the right to reverse the transaction and suspend the Account pending investigation.

6.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal

To be eligible for a withdrawal, a Player must have: (a) completed full KYC verification; (b) fulfilled any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; (c) wagered at least the equivalent of their deposit amount once; and (d) no outstanding disputes or investigations on their account.

6.2 Processing Times

lumba77 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Under 5 minutes (during business hours);
• DuitNow / FPX: 5 to 15 minutes;
• Direct Bank Transfer: 15 to 60 minutes.

These are indicative ranges only. Actual processing time may be affected by public holidays in Malaysia, banking system maintenance, individual bank processing cycles, or pending account verification. lumba77 does not guarantee withdrawal completion within any specific timeframe.

6.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to technical availability. The Platform reserves the right to request a bank transfer when alternative methods are unavailable or where account verification has not been completed via a specific channel.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable maximum limits per transaction will be displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time without notice.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All promotions offered by lumba77, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards, are subject to individual promotion terms in addition to these general conditions. A Player who claims a promotional offer is deemed to have accepted all relevant terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to an Account carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before the bonus balance — and any winnings derived from it — can be transferred to the withdrawable balance. Wagering requirements vary by promotion type. As a general reference:

• Slots Welcome Bonus: 25× the bonus amount;
• Sports Betting Welcome Bonus: 20× the bonus amount;

7.3 Bonus Validity

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within 14 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted bonus funds will be voided upon expiry. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of expiry is unaffected.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

lumba77 reserves the right to void bonuses and forfeit associated winnings where a Player has engaged in behaviour deemed to constitute bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting low-house-edge games to meet wagering requirements where restricted, coordinating with others to satisfy wagering across related accounts, or misrepresenting personal information at registration.

8.1 Applicable Game Rules

Each game available on the lumba77 Platform operates according to the specific rules provided by its software provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game they choose to play. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and its underlying software outcome, the software outcome shall prevail and the relevant game log records shall constitute the definitive record of each transaction.

8.2 Malfunction and Errors

In the event of a game malfunction, communication failure, or system error, any affected bets or rounds may be voided. lumba77 shall not be liable for errors arising from hardware or software failures outside its reasonable control. The Platform will endeavour to notify affected Players and resolve the matter fairly within a reasonable period.

8.3 Bet Confirmation

A wager is considered placed and binding once it has been confirmed by the Platform's system. Players should verify bet details — including stake, odds, and selection — before confirming. lumba77 does not accept requests to reverse confirmed bets except in circumstances of documented system error.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lumba77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

• Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account;
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during the KYC process;
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or undocumented features to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other software to interact with the Platform without human input;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or multi-player environments;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of promotional offers in ways not intended by the promotions;
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or disputed payment transactions;
• Attempting to access the accounts or personal data of other Players;
• Engaging in harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at Platform staff or other Members.

All content displayed on the lumba77 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, user interface design, logos, game content, promotional materials, written content, and database structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of lumba77 or its licensed content providers. No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, reverse-engineered, or used commercially without the prior written consent of lumba77.

Players are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, redistribution, or derivative work of Platform content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lumba77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of funds resulting from network failures, device malfunctions, payment processing delays outside lumba77's control, or force majeure events.

lumba77's aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the claim, excluding any bonus funds. Nothing in this Agreement limits lumba77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

lumba77 is committed to supporting safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling practices. Our platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 and above. We provide the following player-controlled tools to help Members manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on total deposits;
• Wager Limits: Controls on maximum bet amounts per session or period;

13.1 Termination by the Player

A Player may close their Account at any time by contacting lumba77 support. Upon account closure, any pending withdrawal of a positive real-money balance will be processed following completion of outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements will be voided on closure.

13.2 Termination or Suspension by lumba77

lumba77 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close an Account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Discovery that the Player is under the required minimum age;
• Discovery that the Player is resident in a jurisdiction where the use of online gaming services is expressly prohibited;
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal requirements that necessitate account closure.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure or termination, all licences granted under these Terms are revoked. Where an Account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, lumba77 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending the outcome of an internal investigation.

lumba77 processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, and account activity is used for account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, customer support, and legal compliance. lumba77 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

lumba77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Platform will provide reasonable notice via the website, email notification, or in-platform messaging. Amendments take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16.1 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which lumba77 holds its operating licence. Players acknowledge that applicable international gaming regulations may differ from local Malaysian legislation.

16.2 Dispute Resolution

Disputes should be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint. lumba77 will endeavour to resolve all disputes in good faith within 14 business days of receipt.

16.3 Escalation
